Welcome Race Fans...

  The 2008 season is finally here!! This is a new year and with such a positive outcome from the 2007 racing season, we have high hopes for this season. Last year we were successful in getting the car completed and to the track; we were able to stay competitive with the equipment we had; we raced our was into victory lane; and we were able to learn a lot about the new car. Needless to say, 2007 was a success. We have been working hard over the winter months to get the car ready for this season. We've put a completely new body on the race car with a bit of a different paint scheme. We've made the accents on our car gold in celebration of the 40th anniversary of Rudy Helds. Rudy is our engine builder who has supplied us with power we needed to get where we are since the very beginning. This year, Rudy has built us a brand new engine which we hope will help us to victory lane this season. We would again like to thank everyone who helped us out over last season and look forward to seeing you all at the track this summer. Our first race will be on May 17th at our home track, Varney Motor Speedway. We'll continue to keep you all posted on the progress of Peterson Motorsports. Cheers! Thanks for visiting out site.
